Associates
In order to be more flexible and responsive to our client’s
needs, we engage associates with specific expertise for specific
projects.
We have an extensive network that consists of other human resource
professionals, coaches, trainers, instructional designers (e-learning)
and research associates. We choose our associates for projects
based upon their unique expertise that he or she can bring to the
particular project. Furthermore, we choose associates with whom
we have worked with in the past and that are equally committed
to our mission and to exceeding our client’s expectations.
As well, we are pleased to partner with a client’s internal
resources (e.g. training department, staff development committees
or other committee, subject matter experts, research department
etc.) to collaboratively achieve the desired outcomes for a project.
Core Beliefs and Values
The core beliefs and values that underlie our work are:
Creating Empowerment and Participation
We believe in engaging the entire organization in ways that lead to ownership
and commitment to a shared vision.
Creating Community
We believe that when you foster an environment where leaders, employees, board
members, volunteers and clients can come together, they can create and believe
in something larger than themselves.
Communicating Openly
We believe that sharing information and creating a common understanding of
the strategic issues enables people at all levels of the organization to
participate and to make wise decisions both individually and collectively.
Practicing Action Research
We believe that only through continuous reflection and re-examination throughout
the process with our clients can we learn and realize our goals and ultimately
achieve organizational effectiveness.
Creating a Shared Preferred Future
We believe in creating a collective “vision” since the future forms
the basis for action today.
Transferring Learning
We believe in creating self sufficiency for our clients rather than creating
dependency on us. Our goal for the completion of a project is that clients
will embrace our methods, processes and tools and make them their own and
thus increase their internal capacity.
Incorporating Creativity and Innovation
We believe that each solution for a client should be customized for them, based
on their needs and that creativity and innovation be utilized to achieve
the best possible outcome for our clients.
