With more than 30 years of management and leadership experience, Cheryl understands the daily challenges faced by today’s organizations. Through her passion for helping teams and leaders to engage in deeper dialogue and collaboration, she’s helped improve team dynamics, performance and productivity in sectors such as health care, banking, information technology, project management, construction, retail, residential care, consulting, communications, legal, non-profits, public consortiums and more.
Cheryl is certified by three professional coaching organizations, holding a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential through the International Coach Federation, as well as a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) certification through the Coaches Training Institute, and a CTPC (Certified Team Performance Coach) certification through Team Coaching International. Cheryl is also on the faculty of Team Coaching International, and trains coaches worldwide in the TCI methodology. She is also a Certified Change Management Practitioner™ through Prosci. Cheryl holds an MBA and BA degrees in Health Care Administration with a minor in Business Administration.
