About Lucy
Lucy Shenouda is Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a Senior Practitioner in Individual and Team Coaching. She is an internationally experienced professional with over 4,000 hours of coaching. Known for her warm presence and strategic edge, Lucy brings a systemic lens to leadership and team coaching, supporting leaders and teams to thrive amidst complexity, transition, and growth.
Education
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University, where her early studies in marketing communication, market research, and critical thinking laid the groundwork for a career in strategic leadership and coaching. Her professional development includes advanced certifications from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), with accreditation in coaching mastery and systemic team coaching.
She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Certified Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), and an EMCC-accredited Coach Supervisor. Lucy’s learning journey is rooted in a deep appreciation for adult development, intercultural dynamics, and systemic practice, equipping her to partner effectively across sectors, roles, and regions.

Experience
Lucy’s corporate career spans 25 years, beginning in strategic management, marketing, and branding across North America and the Middle East. She brings this foundation of business acumen into her work as a leadership and team coach, where she has spent the past 15 years partnering with leaders and teams who are located in more than 45 countries. She excels in coaching conversations on strategic thinking, operational excellence, team alignment, conflict resolution, and resilient leadership.
Lucy integrates systemic thinking with practical execution, co-designing leadership and team development engagements that are inclusive, human-centered, and impact-driven. Her coaching spans one-to-one executive engagements, cross-functional team development, and complex team-of-teams work. She also serves as a faculty member and mentor coach and was among the first to receive the EMCC Global Team Coaching Quality Award at the Senior Practitioner level.
Lucy’s body of work is grounded in real-world insight and cross-cultural experience, and her contributions have been featured in a vignette case study in the 2022 publication Leadership Team Coaching in Practice: Case Studies on Creating Highly Effective Teams, and the 2025 publication Team of Teams Coaching for her role as a Research Partner on systemic team coaching case research.
