Education
Ralph holds a B.A. in Economics from Dalhousie University, with executive certifications in Project Management (York University) and International Marketing (Humber College). He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and is a Certified Systemic Team Coach.
He is also accredited in multiple leadership assessments, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), LEA 360, Birkman, and Facet5, which he integrates into his coaching to deepen awareness and accelerate growth.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership development, professional coaching, project management and financial services, Ralph brings business acumen and human insight to every engagement. He has coached more than 250 senior leaders globally across industries such as financial services, engineering, mining, health care, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, IT, and not-for-profit.
Ralph’s work focuses on strengthening communication, leadership presence, and coaching skills within executive teams. He creates a trusted environment where leaders can explore challenges, unlock potential, and translate insight into action that drives organizational performance.
A dedicated endurance athlete and five-time Ironman finisher, Ralph embodies resilience and accountability. His passion for making a difference extends to raising over $1 million for the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
